We refined our methods to deliver these two goals. Our three meeting process keeps staff time to an absolute minimum but provides full control of our activities:

The Launch Meeting

This meeting takes about 15 minutes and introduces our auditor to your staff members, while allowing us to gather the necessary information to complete the audit. We remain at your premises for the balance of the day documenting, copying and recording all the information needed to conduct the audit. We complete our analysis offsite and return in three to four weeks for a second meeting.

The Initial Findings

During this meeting we present and discuss all the savings options we have identified for your team’s consideration. We describe each one, discuss impacts, and then take away all the action items associated with approved opportunities.

The Final Report

In this meeting we close the loop on all the actions we took away from the initial findings presentation. Each savings number is verified with documentation so the exact opportunities (recovery and reduction) are clearly quantified.
